Once your application is submitted, a copy of your current insurance certificate is required to finalize your membership. Your insurance company may forward a copy to:

To expedite the process, your insurance agent may email a copy to: wbsba@westbranchbuilders.org OR fax a copy to (570)326-0821 followed by a hard copy in the mail.

A hard copy or your original insurance certificate must still be sent to our office to prevent disqualification of your membership.
